Yes, all purchases include a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.

Is it hypoallergenic?
Our products use hypoallergenic stainless steel. Genuine leather, semi-precious stones, silicone, and textile may also be used integrated in some designs.

Are your items pawnable?
Although we carry an assortment of established brands known for their quality craftsmanship, the items you shop are not made of pure gold, silver, or platinum. They won't be accepted in pawn shops.

Order and Shipping
What are the payment methods available?
We accept payments via Credit and Debit Cards, E-wallet and Cash on Delivery.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated shipping of orders are as follows:
- Metro Manila and Luzon areas: 3 to 5 days
- Visayas and Mindanao areas: 5 to 7 days
Do you do same-day/next-day deliveries?
Yes, we accept express delivery requests for Metro Manila addresses. Simply select your preferred delivery option at checkout when you place your order before the cut-offs listed below:
Same-Day Delivery
- 10AM, Mon-Fri
Next-Day Delivery
- 2PM, Mon-Thu
Please note that shipping and courier fees will be shouldered by the buyer. Cash-on-delivery (COD) is also not applicable for express delivery orders.

Can I make changes to my order?
We'll be able to assist if your order hasn't been dispatched yet.
